Video Not Playing

If you're having trouble playing videos, try these steps:

  1. Refresh the page and try again
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  4. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  5. Disable browser extensions that might interfere with video playback
  6. Make sure your browser is up to date

Account Issues

For account-related problems:

  • Forgot Password: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password
  • Can't Log In: Make sure you're using the correct email address and password
  • Account Locked: Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact support

Subscription & Billing

For billing inquiries:

  • Check your subscription status in Account Settings
  • Review your payment method and update if necessary
  • For refund requests, please contact us within 7 days of purchase
