Video Not Playing
If you're having trouble playing videos, try these steps:
- Refresh the page and try again
- Check your internet connection
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
- Disable browser extensions that might interfere with video playback
- Make sure your browser is up to date
Account Issues
For account-related problems:
- Forgot Password: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password
- Can't Log In: Make sure you're using the correct email address and password
- Account Locked: Wait 30 minutes and try again, or contact support
Subscription & Billing
For billing inquiries:
- Check your subscription status in Account Settings
- Review your payment method and update if necessary
- For refund requests, please contact us within 7 days of purchase
